I did some more fun with water today. I have actually been wanting to do this a while, but just didn't have the time. I had a hard time deciding which one to pic so I will just show all of them even though the first is the one I ended up going with as the official pic of the day. Special thanks to Jess for being the official fruit dropper.

All of the water splashes are cool, and I like the burst of color amongst all of the white/clearness, but I do like the one you (ok, I) chose best because the wrinkles in the sheet are the least visible in that one. Sometimes it's the small details that make the picture extra special.
And I'll drop fruit for you any day, sweetie!
I forgot to mention - the ripples in the water in the picture of the day are totally awesome! That's the other reason I chose it.
I was looking forward to this when I knew what you were going to do - or figured it was something like this. I like the first one the best as well. It has the most detail of the splash, especially right below the lemon. Really cool picture. By the way, dad isn't too happy you picked one of his 5 grapefruits on the tree. ha ha But it's a sacrifice for the shot!
The fifth one looks like an elephant coming out of the water on the left side.
The first one is the best one.
I love this type of picture! Great job!
How refreshing! Very crisp, and clear, and beautiful!
How did you catch the the splashes? Suddenly I'm in the mood to drink Sprite.
I liked them all therefore thanks for posting all of them. I can see how you couldn't decide.
These are so cool. If I had room on my kitchen walls, I would buy 4 of these as a set. Very impressive, good capture.
It's interesting how shots with all those droplets splashing about can look so utterly serene and peaceful. Lovely pictures.
Wow. Those are so cool. You just photographed what fun looks like.
All of these shots are great, and I don't know that I would have had an easy time picking just one to be picture of the day. However, the ripples provide great texture that is to some extent lacking in the others. I imagine that this particular photo shoot was a lot of fun!
