Straws Going Towards the Light
Quick post as it is late. Pretty simple picture today, but I was happy with how it came out. I grabbed a bunch of straws and since it was nice and sunny, held it up to the glass slider. With one hand, I held the straws and with the other hand, held the camera. It might have come out a little clearer if someone else had held the straws, but it might not have mattered as I softened the pic anyways. Pretty happy with it.

pretty steady hand for holding it yourself. I like the lighting effect you gave this. This came out very, very nice. Somthing so simple and yet so pretty.
I can't even begin to say how much I like this picture!! The colors are so soft, yet vivid and bright at the same time, if that makes sense. I like how the top straws are almost bleached of color, like there's so much light the color is washed out, but the color gradually comes back. It seems so crisp too, even for holding them by hand. Yeah, this is awesome!
You should be happy with how it turned out, it looks so cheerful! Reminds me of Easter eggs (not the shape, of course, just the spectrum of colors).
It is pretty...and I agree with Tara, very spring-like.
