Wow! Definitely one of those shots that needs to be seen in a larger size. The preview image made it look like a waterfall cascading down the face of a mountain, which didn't seem like the sort of thing you would have encountered today.
At a larger size, the detail of this shot is beautifully apparent: The rusted-out rebar, the crumbling concrete, what I presume is your shadow standing in front of the divider, and even the scenery way in the background of the shot. All of these things come together nicely. Kudos.
Sal beat me to it - I was going to say, in the thumbnail, at least, the divider looks like a mountain. I'm not too articulate after the anesthesia, but I like this picture a lot.
At first glance I thought it was a tree trunk - then,like you guys, water on a mountain. This is one of those interesting shots that most people would walk by and not take a picture. Good find.
