I really like the light coming from the numbers and lighting the house - the texture of the stucco is cool in that lighting. The colors are nice too - the darkness of the night and the yellows of the light. I like this one!
It's actually a great image, the numbers in my area are in a tile like sign and are not lit. I do have a lamp over the numbers but it doensn't work. lol
There are so many aspects of this picture that make it a memorable one. Particularly noteworthy is the angle at which the light box is photographed. This sort of three-quarter-view is visually more interesting than a more straightforward head-on shot would have been. Additionally, the yellow light that emanates from the light box, bathing the stucco, provides a subtle contrast to the dormant lamp at the top of the image.

This is a really nice picture. I love the sharp, clearness of the numbers but the color variations are fantastic.
