Today I wrapped all of Jessica's presents and while I was at it, I decided to fill her stocking up with all her stocking stuffers. I usually just do it the night before, but this time, I decided to do it ahead of time and hang the stuffed stocking back on the mantle. Now she gets to stare at it a few more days and wonder!

I love the low angle. It reminds me of when I was a kid, approaching my stocking to take it down from the mantle. Actually, since I'm short, it reminds me of last year, approaching my stocking to... (*rim shot*)
Cute stocking, by the way. Much fancier than the plain red one I've had since I was a kid.
Manuel's grandma made our stockings, that's why they're so nice and not generic. I didn't think of what the low angle could signify - childhood, like you pointed out, Sal - but I LOVE it now that it has been brought to my attention.
You're lucky I'm not like you (used to be?), Manuel. The stocking with gifts in it doesn't bother me; I'm perfectly content in waiting until Christmas morning and not spoiling the surprise.
And what exactly do you mean by YOU filled the stocking? Isn't that Santa's job?! Those who don't believe don't receive, remember that!
Señor Manuel only did as instructed by jolly St. Nick. Remember that good ol' Santa has to rely on all his helper elves to do some of his work. Just sayin'
good job Jose because I was wondering. I thought the stocking was Santa's job!!! I do love the angle and especially since Sal has it coming from the "eyes of a child". Beautiful picture - equally beautiful stocking. Your Grandma does do nice work. Since I don't have any Christmas decorations up this year, our stockings aren't up for Santa. Oh well - I guess Santa just has to wrap everything this year.
Ho ho ho! Elf Manuel has been hard at work on Santa's behalf. That really is an absolutely gorgeous stocking!
That's so mean...Well, at least it would be to me. It would drive me crazy seeing the stocking and not knowing what was in it.
