Fat Free Friday #1

So, how did you all do? I know many of you said you were in for the challenge, so here we go with week one. I was a little worried at the beginning of the week because, well, I pigged out at the Super Bowl party. Who doesn't pig out at a Super Bowl party?!?!?! Regardless, this week I worked my ass off at the gym, ate a little less than usual(kind of), and stepped on the scale this morning.

Drum roll.....

After one week, I am down 2 pounds! One pound ahead of my goal! Woohoo! Now let's keep it up next week. How about you guys?

Tonight Jess and I get to go see the Blue Man Group. We LOVE them. If you have never seen them before, they are an amazing act. This will be the third time we have seen them after seeing them off Broadway in New York and when they cam for a tour here a few years ago. They put on an amazing show and we can't wait for tonight! Have a good weekend everyone.

Congratulations on your two pounds. I'm in the challenge and I'm sad to report that I have stayed the same. Haven't gained, haven't lost. I spoke with Jess this week and she suggested I eat a bit more because with the 10 pounds I have lost in a month's time, now my body has adjusted to the food, or lack of, and so I need to change it up a bit. I did go to the gym three days this week and I know it isn't necessarily about the number for how my body feels. I can honestly say I feel thinner which is all that matters.I think if I keep exercising and watching what I eat I will eventually see more pounds drop. It's just not going to be weekly. Congrats again and keep up the good work son and everyone else out there joining the challenge.

2 pounds! Good for you. Keep up the good work. :-)
I have stayed the same. I've walked everyday this week and Diane and I figure we do a little more than a mile a day. I can feel the difference in my body. Tighter and a little smaller but just no weight loss. I don't think I can eat less than I do so I guess I'll just have to see what happens. I have been at this weight for about 2 months now. I am mostly hoping to feel better and live a little longer.

I didn't lose any weight this week. I'm still at the same weight that I've been at for a while. I did run my ass off at the gym though and did crunchies. I have noticed that some of my clothes do fit better though. I did just start going back to the gym though so hopefully I'll see some results and I'm thinking about joining Weight Watchers. It was a good week.

Down 2 pounds also! Cassie, I did join Weight Watchers online, and it has helped me so much. Just in what and when I eat. Good luck in whatever to chose to do. Great job Man - keep up the good work! =)

I'm down 1 pound! I didn't exercise at all this week, as we had something planned every single night, but I was better about my food and it obviously paid off.

I am SOOOOOOOOO excited for "date night" tonight. We're going to start by going to Chris Webber's restaurant, Center Court, then Blue Man Group! I can't wait, so stop playing friggin' viedo games, Manuel, and let's go!!

Good job, Man! Good job to you, too, MrsMan! I haven't joined you guys on this diet, yet. I am waiting until I get a job, then I can afford to buy diet food.

Thank you for your comment on my blog, MrsMan! You made me so happy!

Two pounds, that's great man. Unfoficially since I'm not in the diet plan yet I started to walk around work during my lunch hour, my walk is exactly 2 miles. But then on Sunday I'm gonna pig out on pancakes.

Enjoy the show.

2 or 3 pounds down after week one. I am not sure what I started at last week so I am guessing. :)

Congrats buddy! Glad to see you are ALREADY making progress. That's exciting. You been watching any basketball lately? I haven't been watching as much I was before... Midseason lull or something.
