#1 - Oh, this is a good one. On Sunday at my open house, another agent from a different company came to look at my open house. She went upstairs. Another person came in. We chit-chatted. We talked a bit about Davis because she lived there and I went to college there. She told me she had tons in equity and was ready to move in to town. Awesome! She went to look upstairs. I went up one minute later. What did I see? The agent who came in was talking to her, giving the woman her business card, and was heard saying that they could leave now to go look at properties. So with my mouth wide open, they left, got in the agent's car, and took off to look at houses. She picked up a client at MY OPEN HOUSE. The balls of this woman. That BITCH!! I was so pissed. I just can't believe that there are people out there that are that shady. May she burn in hell.....

Ok kid. So may I ask this then about the bitch who came in and scooped up a potential client at your open house. Why not call her on it right there rather than sit back and write about it a few days later? Hey I'm not you and maybe I don't believe in professionalism or even curtousy towards people sometimes. But what would it have hurt really if you stopped both of them and said, "What do you think you are doing? This is my open house and I would greatly enjoy it if you left and kept your hands off my potential clients." Hey you just did it to Jeff earlier. And hey do it to me to if you want kid. I know I'm an ass so it won't hurt my feelings if you disagree with me. And hey at least it's a comment right?
What the hell!!?? I agree with videoguy - next time, call the bitch out. You should have asked for her card and got her signed up for all kinds of spam porn email and credit card offers... Something to think about for next time.

Ok, I will address both of you. First, Rich. You know what, I wanted nothing more than to call this lady on it while they were both there. I should have. But I was so shocked that something like that just happened, I froze up. Yeah, my mind went blank. You are right, I should have said something. But I just was so flabbergasted I didn't know what to do. If I had thought of it, would I have said something? I don't know. Maybe I wouldn't have because I wouldn't want to make a scene in front of someone else. Either way, it is a good point you made.
Kel, you know what, I do have her card. I have her phone number and email. Maybe I do need to sign this lady up for stuff. Hmmm...evil things going through my mind.
